Toseina 2 mg/ml Codeine Syrup

The Toseina 2 mg/ml Codeine Syrup ( Bottle 250 ml ) can have a variety of effects. acted on the cough center at the medullary level to eliminate coughing. By lessening the effects of endorphins, which are chemicals involved in the transmission of pain and are present in the brain and spine, it is also capable of lowering pain (produces analgesia). Because it lessens bowel movement, it can also be used to treat diarrhea.

What is Toseina Codeine Syrup?

Toseina lean contains codeine phosphate hemihydrate. This medicine is used in the symptomatic treatment of dry cough (not accompanied by mucus) in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age. It is composed of a narcotic substance that appears on the list (yellow list) List III of psychotropic substances.
 Red solution 2 mg/ml is offered in bottles of 100 and 250 ml together with a measuring cup.Like other medications, Toseina 2mg /ml solution oral can have adverse effects, though not everyone experiences them. First of all, realize that many of the effects can be signs of your condition and will therefore get better once you start feeling better. Constipation, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and drowsiness are examples of side effects, albeit their frequency cannot be identified based on the data at hand.

Dosage Toseina 2 mg/ml

Each patient’s doses need to be customized. To control symptoms, take the lowest effective dose. The dosage can be split into up to 4 daily doses that must be taken at least 6 hours apart. When symptoms start to occur, the medication must be administered; as the symptoms go away, the dosage can be decreased. Three days should be the maximum amount of time for treatment.

Adults and children above the age of 12 should take 10 to 20 mg of codeine (5 to 10 ml) every six hours or so. It is not recommended for use in pediatric patients under the age of 12.

 

How to store Toseina suryp?

Store in the original package in order to protect it from light. Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the carton after EXP. The expiration date is the last day of the month indicated. Medications should not be disposed of down the drain or in the trash. Deposit the containers and medications that you do not need at the SIGRE Point of the pharmacy. If in doubt, ask your pharmacist how to dispose of containers and medicines you don’t need. This way you will help to protect the environment.
